For this project we were challenged to come up with an umbrella idea for the scaffolding corporation Altrad. They needed to both attract new recruits, while also making their employees warm to become mentors for young trainees.
The Idea
Let's bring the communication to new heights, by literally elevating it. We place miniatures around that resemble Altrad workers as if they are constructing the world around us. Internally we can turn the images of these tiny workers into a sense of pride and awareness. Mentors can get their own miniature and become a staple for their company.
What I Learned
Working for a company that wants to do both external and internal communication is quite intense. Altrad isn't the most glamorous business either, so having this challenge helped me think creatively within real constraints.
